The bidding window officially closes at 2:00pm (PST) on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025. Proposals received after this date will not be accepted! (The district reserves the right to extend this bidding window if the district determines it necessary.)
Inquires regarding technical specifications must be submitted by 2:00pm (PST) on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be held starting at 8:00am (PST) on Tuesday, April 29th. The walk-through will visit all nine district buildings/locations and is expected to take 8.5 hours to complete. It will start at the Lebanon District Office (485 South 5th St., Lebanon, OR 97355). Sign-in will be required. Late or no-shows will not be allowed to bid.
Bids can be submitted in-person, postal mail, or email.
If you are planning to submit a proposal and attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through, it is highly recommended to fill out and submit the Google Form linked below. This form will:
a.) Indicate your intention to submit a proposal;
b.) Your plan to attend the mandatory meeting/walk-through;
c.) Allow you to designate one contact email to receive district-provided floor plans. (Plans will include existing and requested access control locations, details, and pictures AND existing paging locations, details and pictures.)
