Net2Phone Information

We currently have 3 different models of Yealink phones that we are using throughout the district.  You can see your model number by looking at the sticker on the very bottom of your phone.  You can also scroll to the bottom of page to find pictures of each model.

All the phone models basically function the same, but each has slight variance in button placement.  The link below will provide:

• a quick start guide for each model of phone.

• How configure buttons to speedcall (monitor) other extensions.

• How to set/reset your voicemail passcode and record a voicemail greeting.

• Where to find your 10-digit phone number that is associated with your extension.

• How to Lookup a Name to Call from the Company Directory.

Just some basic things to be aware of:

• You will have the same 4-digit phone extension (ex. 1132) that you had with your old phone.

• You will need to set your initial voicemail passcode using the directions in the link above.

• Everyone now also has a direct 10-digit phone number (ex. 541-259-8882) as well.  If you had a 10-digit number before, it will be the same number.  If you did not have a 10-digit number before you will have received a new number.  See linked guide above for instructions to find your number.

• IMPORTANT: To dial outside the district you do not need to enter "8" first.  Just dial the number (example: 541-258-3434).

• You have a web portal where you can manage your phone/voicemail settings and even make and receive calls if you have headphones with a microphone.  You can access this web portal under your Lebanon shortcuts (Net2Phone Manage) or directly at https://app.net2phone.com

• You can also install a mobile app on your phone to manage your phone/voicemails or even make and receive calls as if it was your desktop extension.  We will provide further instructions on this, but if you would like to play with it by downloading from your mobile app store.
